What is your scope of work?
Eight delivery areas: concrete, building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and networks, interior and exterior finishing, and infrastructure.
Where do you deliver projects?
We are based in Madinah where most of our work is, with a track record beyond it depending on the project.
How do I request a quotation?
Through the quotation form or directly on WhatsApp — share your project details and the specialised team will contact you.
How is project cost determined?
Cost varies with dimensions, materials and scope; pricing starts after reviewing the requirements or a site visit.
Is your work covered by a warranty?
Warranty coverage and duration depend on the nature of works and materials, and are stated in the quotation and contract.
Who executes the structural works?
Our own crews — carpenters, steel fixers and masons — backed by equipment and scaffolding under our management.
What about MEP and specialised finishing?
Managed through specialised partners under our direct engineering supervision; the delivery of each stage is set by the project scope and the parties involved.
Do you have your own equipment?
Yes — 52 machines covering earthmoving, haulage, lifting and survey, plus our own scaffolding and formwork stores.
How do you control quality during delivery?
Quality and safety engineers follow the sites, with inspection and acceptance of every item before moving on.
Do you take on small projects?
Requests are considered by scope — share your project details and the specialised team will respond.
When will I hear back after sending a request?
The specialised team contacts you after reviewing your request details.
Can I visit previously delivered projects?
Depending on each project and its owner’s approval — mention it when you contact us and we will arrange what is possible.
